Meet Jay Sweat

I began my Medicare career as a Sales Agent and advanced through multiple roles that gave me firsthand insight into what agents and agencies need to succeed. As I progressed to Director of Training and Senior Sales Director, I built and led programs that improved agent performance, ensured compliance, and drove measurable growth.

Today I apply that combination of frontline sales experience and leadership in training to educate, coach, and develop insurance agents, while providing strategic support to business leaders. My practical knowledge of agent challenges, proven training methodologies, and results-driven approach help organizations increase productivity, reduce mistakes, and build sustainable sales pipelines.

I founded Insurance Training HQ to provide a consistent training solution for Medicare Insurance agents and agencies at an affordable price so everyone can be successful.
